Dr. Sune Klinge is assistant professor, tenure track, at Centre for European and Comparative Legal studies (CECS),and teaching on the Faculty of law with primary focus on European Constitutional Law and Danish Constitutional Law.

Research areas:

  • Data retention, surveillance and the legal effects of AI.
  • Member State liability and constitutional litigation
  • Horizontal direct effect of the EU Charter of fundamental rights
  • European Constitutional Law and human rights protection
  • Danish Constitutional Law and the relationship to Greenland and the Faroe Islands
