Stéphane de La Rosa is Full Professor of Public Law at the Université Paris Est Créteil (UPEC). He holds a Jean Monnet Chair on Economic Sovereignty in the EU and is also the director of the French branch of the International Federation of European Law (FIDE). His work focuses on the economic governance of the Union (in particular economic federalism, the European semester and the Facility and Resilience Instrument).
