Ramona Coman is Professor in Political Science at the Université libre de Bruxelles
and Emeritus President of the Institut d’études européennes. She is the author
of The Politics of the Rule of Law in the EU Polity: Actors, Tools and
Challenges (Palgrave 2022) and the co-editor of Politics and Governance in the
Post-Crisis European Union (Cambridge University Press, 2020). As of October
2022, she is the Principal Investigator of the Horizon Europe project “Respond to
Emerging Dissensus: Supranational Instruments and Norms of European
Democracy” (RED-SPINEL, 2022-2025) and the academic coordinator of the Marie
Sklodowska Curie Joint Doctorate Network GEM-DIAMOND.
