Orsolya Farkas is a  research fellow specialising EU law at the Free University of Bolzano/Bozen. She has been lecturer at UniBz and on-site co-director of the Verona Study Abroad Program (Italy) organized by the School of Public and International Affairs of the University of Georgia (UGA). She holds a Ph.D in Law from the European University Institute.

Her main research interest includes EU citizenship, free movement of people, immigration policies, regional development and cooperation.
