Natália Racková is a PhD Candidate in European Law at the Centre for European, Comparative and Constitutional Legal Studies (CECS) at the University of Copenhagen. Her doctoral research focuses on EU Constitutional Law and the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP).

Natália holds an LL.B. in European Law from Maastricht University, in the course of which she was a Visiting Student at the University of Edinburgh, an LL.M. in European Law from Leiden University and an M.A. in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe.

Previously, Natália worked as a Research Assistant at Leiden University (the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on Comparative Regional Integration (CompaRe)) (2022-2023) and served as an Intern at the Permanent Representation of the Slovak Republic to the EU (the Department of the CFSP and Enlargement of the EU) (2022), Maastricht University (the Maastricht Centre for European Law (MCEL)) (2021)) and the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) (2021).
