Lauren Silberman is a PhD in Public Law and PROSPER post-doc from the University of Paris-Est Créteil. Her thesis is entitled “The abuse of rights in tax matters ». Her researches are focused on national, international, and European Union tax law, as well as tax policy, European Union law and public finances.
