Charlotte Beaucillon is Full Professor of Public Law at Université Paris Est Créteil (UPEC), specializing in International and European law. She holds a Ph.D. from the European University Institute in Florence and previously taught at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Assistant Prof.) and Université de Lille (Full Prof.), where she co-directed the Master’s program in International Criminal Justice. Her research focuses on international sanctions and responsibility, the EU as a global legal actor, and the protection of collective interests in the face of global challenges. She is a member of the Editorial Board of European Papers and recipient of the Serge Lazareff Prize (NATO, 2022). She will serve as Director of Studies at the Hague Academy of International Law in 2027.
