Charlie Halford is the Project Coordinator at the DCU Brexit Institute and the Dublin European Law Institute (DELI). A graduate of the DCU School of Communications, he is currently pursuing an LL.M. in European Law at DCU.

Charlie is experienced in managing large-scale, EU-funded projects, including those supported by Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, and the European Social Fund. He has worked across Ireland, Slovenia, and Portugal, successfully coordinating educational and research initiatives. At the Institute, Charlie oversees project delivery, event organisation, and the promotion of the Institute’s activities and partnerships.
