Arthur Etronnier is a graduate of the Institut Catholique de Paris and the Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne in international economic law. He is currently a PhD student with a doctoral grant at the Marchés, Institutions et Libertés (M.I.L) laboratory in the Faculty of Law at the Université Paris Est Créteil. His research, supervised by Professor Arnaud de Nanteuil, focuses on the effectiveness of the European Union’s restrictive measures. In addition to his research, he teaches European Union law and public international law.
