On 29 May, we held the first PROSPER multiplier event at the Irish Permanent Representation to the EU in Brussels. Professors Federico Fabbrini, Ramona Coman and David Howarth discussed Ireland’s Council Presidency policy priorities as well as work being conducted within the PROSPER network on each of its three core themes: security, competitiveness and EU values.
