Adam Bodnar, Minister of Justice of Poland addresses the first PROSPER Network event at the Central European University, Democracy Institute in Budapest on 27 March 2025.
This inaugural PROSPER Network Event seeks to foster dialogue among experts from academia, policy communities, and civil society on adapting EU economic governance structures to current challenges while safeguarding fundamental European values. It included an academic panel on ‘Rule of Law Conditionality and Economic Governance of a Changing Union’ and a policy debate on ‘Trends, Threats, Risks Impacting EU Economic Governance’.
The Jean Monnet Network PROSPER is coordinated by the Dublin European Law Institute at Dublin City University.
